Categories:3DArmory Development March 20th, 2009 We’ve been having an issue on our network that would keeping our main webserver communicating with the database server that rendered site non-usable. We’ve fixed the issue now and site’s is working properly now. Good news is we’ve made few updates on site. Now 3DArmory.com analyzes talents of toons and renders popular talent specs on main page. Also for each class in the game a specialized page is introduced. In the start it shows popular specs for the talent. Note that site is aware of the latest live game patch and so just shows talent specs for the latest patch. Categories:3DArmory Development March 12th, 2009 3DArmory.com is once more featured on WOWInsider.com. Like the previous one 1 months ago, it was a “Slashdot effect”, the pages served rocketed. In the very first hour of the article, an misconfiguration issue within our host somewhat made accessing 3darmory.com a bit hard. But the issue is fixed now. Tags: 3darmory, wowinsider
Categories:3DArmory Development March 10th, 2009 We’ve just introduced a new tool called PUG Checker. So what is PUG Checker? It stands for Pickup Group Checker. You may be raiding with your guild or mostly with PUGs. So when you hit a PUG run, players would like to know if others already completed that instance before or not. Most PUG raid leaders asks for achievement links. So here’s a simple tool that does the job for you. The tool checks every raid-achievement (currently naxx-10, naxx-25, Malygos-10,Malygos-25, OS-10 and OS-25 - Ulduar will be also added soon) for given list of members. If a player has already completed that instance and got the achievement you’ll see a check mark on corresponding field. So how can you use PUG Checker? Example:
Quick PUG Members List Macro for WOW Copy & Paste this macro in-game. It’ll return a link back to you on party chat. Copy that link and paste it to your web-browser. The list will be automaticly filled for you. All you have to do after then is pressing the Check PUG button.
