After the latest Wowmatrix issues, Curse released it’s own updater. Lately MMOUI (Wowinterface.com) has also announced their updater, which will be released as public beta on 17 May 2009. They both look promising.

OptionlessHouse is a master control panel, and performance monitor for addons. The MCP does the basics, enabling, disabling, load LoadOnDemand addon, as well as general addon meta data. The performance panel lets you see memory, memory used per a second, CPU usage and CPU usage per a second if CPU profiling is enabled.
You can check your addons while playing the game to see which addon uses your system resources (aka Quest Helper) and enable / disable them run-time without relogging the game. With this you can disable the Quest Helper and just enable it when you’re going for dailies. Highly recommended.
